TICINO’S EXCELLENCES aT Fête des Vignerons
Maison Ticino is a project designed and implemented by Sapori Ticino that, between 18 July and 11 August 2019, will bring all the beauty and goodness of Ticino to the Fête des Vignerons in Vevey. From enogastronomic and touristic riches to entrepreneurial, cultural and academic ones. Inside and on the splendid terrace of the Grand Hôtel du Lac in Vevey, the protagonist will be a team of Ticinese chefs who will take turns at the stove for lunch and dinner, to offer a seasonal menu using many home made ingredients. Maison Ticino will also be the privileged space where the wines of our territory will have a stage of honour, accompanying the dishes of the kitchen team.

But not only! The idea of Maison Ticino, born from the encounter between Dany Stauffacher and Daniele Finzi Pasca, will also be the headquarters of the Company of the same name during the days of the Fête, a meeting point for artists with their public. To best present the Ticino excellences, the Maison will host presentations and tastings, meetings and events to tell a Ticino full of many realities to be enhanced.

Inside this elegant space, strategically located in the heart of the Fête des Vignerons, tastings of Ticino wines will take place thanks to the collaboration with Ticinowine, but also other appointments to taste our cheeses and salamis. And also conferences and meetings in collaboration with the USI, Ticino Tourism, Lugano Region, Ascona-Locarno Tourism, Bellinzona and Alto Ticino Tourism, Mendrisiotto and Basso Ceresio.
